Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Assembly Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth functioning of assembly line equipment and machinery. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, minimizing downtime, and improving overall equipment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of assembly line machines
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
Ensure minimum downtime and quick resolution of equipment failures
Maintain and monitor machine performance and efficiency
Coordinate with teams for smooth operations
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports
Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices
Ensure availability of critical spare parts
Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of assembly line machinery and equipment
Troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Knowledge of PLC basics and automation systems
Understanding of TPM and preventive maintenance
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Qualifications:
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
