Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in Autodesk Revit MEP (HVAC and Plumbing/Piping systems). The candidate will be responsible for modeling and designing mechanical services for residential projects, with high preference given to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical or cleanroom environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D Revit BIM models and 2D layouts for HVAC (ductwork, chilled water, VRF) and Plumbing (water supply, drainage, piping) systems.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate mechanical models with architectural, structural, and electrical discipline models.
- Generate duct and pipe sizing, air balance, pressure drops, and load calculation sheets.
- Adhere strictly to international engineering standards, building codes, and pharma-grade HVAC requirements where applicable.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Tool: Hands-on expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (Candidates using only AutoCAD will not be considered).
- Core Experience: Solid track record in Residential Building HVAC and Plumbing design.
- Preferred: Direct experience with Pharmaceutical / Cleanroom HVAC systems and specialized MEP piping.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven ability to deliver clash-free, construction-ready BIM deliverables.
