Job Description
We are looking for confident and hardworking Field Sales Agents to promote and sell our CRM software directly to local businesses. The selected candidate will visit shops, offices, travel agencies, restaurants, clinics, coaching centres, retailers and other businesses to demonstrate how our CRM can improve customer management, sales follow-ups, calling and daily operations.
This is a field-based, target-oriented position. Candidates must be comfortable visiting businesses physically and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit shops, offices and commercial areas on a daily basis.
- Introduce and demonstrate our CRM software to business owners.
- Explain CRM features, pricing plans and business benefits.
- Generate new leads through physical market visits.
- Convert interested businesses into paying customers.
- Assist customers with registration and initial onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily visit, lead and sales reports to the manager.
- Build long-term relationships with local business owners.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Field sales, software sales, telecom, banking, insurance or merchant acquisition experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with shop-to-shop physical sales.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications and CRM software.
- Must be disciplined, presentable and target-focused.
- Knowledge of the local market and local language is required.
- Smartphone is mandatory.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence will be an advantage.
