We are looking for skilled and motivated ITI Cable Termination Technicians to join our growing electrical projects team in Sanand, Gujarat. Key Responsibilities
- Perform LV cable termination and electrical cable connections as per project requirements.
- Install cable glands, cable lugs, ferrules, and cable accessories.
- Carry out cable stripping, crimping, dressing, and cable identification.
- Assist in cable laying, routing, and installation activities.
- Read basic electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layout plans.
- Conduct continuity and insulation testing using standard testing equipment.
- Ensure proper cable labeling and documentation.
- Follow electrical safety standards, SOPs, and site regulations.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to complete work within timelines.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of cable termination and electrical installation.
- Familiarity with crimping tools, cable cutters, and electrical hand tools.
- Understanding of LV power and control cables.
- Ability to work on industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects.
- Good teamwork, learning attitude, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and at project sites.
Eligibility
- ITI in Electrician or Wireman – Mandatory
- 0–3 years of experience in cable termination, electrical installation, or industrial electrical work.
- Freshers with relevant ITI qualification are welcome to apply.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Sanand, Gujarat can also apply.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
