1 Install and commission premium home/office automation products at customer sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion.
2 Perform wiring, device mounting, and system integration according to provided schematics and safety standards.
3 Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide basic user orientation to customers after installation.
4 Coordinate with the sales/project team to plan site visits and manage daily schedules.
5 Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate service records.
6 Diploma/ITI or equivalent certification in Electrical/Electronics (mandatory)
7 Basic knowledge of wiring, circuit diagrams, and electrical safety.
8 Valid two/four-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel to customer locations.
9 Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
10 Strong customer-service attitude and clear communication.
