Handle customer calls related to NACH (National Automated Clearing House), including follow-ups and payment reminders
Communicate with Joint Liability Group (JLG) clients for coordination, updates, and payment-related discussions.
- Arrear Follow-up (WhatsApp Communication)
Send WhatsApp messages to overdue (arrear) clients for payment reminders and updates.
- Loan Document (LD) Verification Calls
Conduct verification calls to confirm customer details and validate loan-related documents.
- NACH Penalty File Maintenance (EVERY MONTH)
Maintain a proper record of:
- Customers who were charged penalties
- Date of penalty applied
- Reason/details of penalty
- LD Verification Records Maintenance
Keep updated records of all loan document verification calls and their status.
Ensure proper tracking and updating of NACH-related data and records.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
