Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the hospital's equipment, machinery, and systems are maintained and fully functional.
- Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance.
- Address and resolve any repairs or malfunctions promptly.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and hospital-specific equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations related to hospital maintenance.
