About the Role
We run high-volume, fast-turnaround performance marketing campaigns for education and corporate training programs, including registrations for workshops and bootcamps run in partnership with premier institutes.
We're looking for a Meta Ads Expert who can independently manage, optimize, and troubleshoot large-scale lead generation and registration campaigns under tight deadlines.
Someone who's comfortable owning results, not just executing tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end, from campaign structure and audience targeting to budget allocation and bid strategy.
- Monitor daily performance metrics — CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, frequency, and conversion rate — and proactively flag and fix underperformance before it becomes a crisis.
- Diagnose campaign issues quickly: identify whether a performance drop is caused by creative fatigue, tracking/pixel issues, audience saturation, learning-phase resets, or budget/bid misconfiguration.
- Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and exclusion lists to keep targeting sharp and avoid wasted spend.
- Work within brand/creative guidelines provided by partner institutions — optimize everything around a fixed creative (copy, targeting, bidding, landing page, campaign structure) when the creative itself can't be changed.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns (potentially 20–70+ active campaigns/ad sets at a time across different programs/cohorts) and know when to consolidate vs. keep them segmented.
- Coordinate with the design/content team on landing pages, creative briefs, and ad copy to improve conversion rates.
- Track spend against registration/revenue targets and communicate clear, daily/weekly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Move fast during high-pressure, deadline-driven pushes (e.g., final week before an event) without sacrificing tracking discipline or budget efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns with real budget ownership (not just assisting).
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager: campaign structure, learning phase behavior, bid strategies (cost cap, bid cap, highest volume), audience tools (Lookalike, Custom Audiences, exclusions), and the Meta Pixel/Conversions API.
- Demonstrated ability to read performance data and diagnose why a campaign is underperforming — not just report the numbers.
- Comfortable working with fixed/locked creative assets and still finding ways to improve performance through non-creative levers.
- Experience with lead generation, event registration, or education/webinar campaigns is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with landing page conversion tracking and basic troubleshooting (pixel firing, UTM parameters, form tracking).
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets/data (CAC, ROAS, spend tracking).
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and escalate issues early rather than letting them compound.
- Bonus: experience managing high-volume, multi-campaign accounts (20+ simultaneous campaigns) for time-bound events or cohort-based programs.
Nice to Have
- Meta Blueprint certification.
- Basic understanding of A/B testing methodology for ads and landing pages.
