Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day banking operations, banking coordination, and support finance-related activities. The role involves handling banking transactions, reconciliations, salary transfer processing, AP coordination, and assisting in payroll execution. The candidate should possess good coordination skills, accuracy in financial operations, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handling day-to-day banking operations and coordination with banks.
Passing bank-related accounting entries and maintaining proper records.
Performing bank reconciliation activities regularly.
Managing Fixed Deposits (FDs) and related banking documentation.
Handling promoters’ personal banking coordination, TDS-related matters, and Life Insurance coordination.
Processing salary transfer entries and coordinating salary disbursement.
Reviewing payroll data before salary processing and executing bank transfers accordingly.
Supporting Accounts Payable (AP) process and payment coordination.
Coordinating with internal departments for finance and banking-related requirements.
Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in banking/accounts operations.
Basic understanding of payroll processing and banking compliance.
Good knowledge of bank reconciliation and accounting entries.
Familiarity with TDS and general finance coordination activities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
