Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6–12 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in the US market
- Experience in recruiting for Financial / Insurance domains
- Expertise in end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
- Strong experience sourcing Low to Mid, Mid to High, and Executive-level roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as iCIMS, Job Diva, SuccessFactors, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to build high-quality candidate pipelines within tight timelines
- Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools like Eightfold will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (3-year / 4-year degree) or equivalent experience
Good to Have Skills
- US recruitment experience in BFSI and Service Industry
- Exposure to ATS platforms like Bullhorn, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Job Diva, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, search engines, social networking platforms, alumni sites, databases, and other sourcing channels
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiation, and closure
- Assess candidates for technical skills, experience, compensation, relocation, and overall fitment
- Prepare candidate submission documents and coordinate interview schedules
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Share daily and weekly recruitment reports with stakeholders
- Mentor and support new team members on recruitment processes and best practices
