We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to support our expansion and strengthen our recruitment function.

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions and business units.

Lead and execute bulk hiring drives while ensuring quality and timely closures.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.

Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.

Conduct preliminary interviews and facilitate the interview process with stakeholders.

Track recruitment metrics, hiring pipelines, and team performance to ensure target achievement.

Lead, mentor, and support recruitment team members to improve productivity and hiring outcomes.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and compliance documentation.

Stay updated with industry trends, hiring best practices, and talent market insights.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition - Team handlining, preferably with exposure to bulk hiring.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, and hiring metrics.

Experience working with job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
