We are seeking a skilled Panel Saw Machine Operator to join our furniture manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating panel saw machines to cut wood panels and boards accurately according to production requirements, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate panel saw machines to cut plywood, MDF, particle board, and other materials as per specifications
- Ensure precise measurements and high-quality cuts to minimize material wastage
- Set up and adjust machine settings (blade height, cutting angles, alignment, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine
- Inspect finished pieces for accuracy and quality
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
- Coordinate with production and design teams to meet deadlines
- Report any machine faults or production issues to the supervisor
Requirements
- Proven experience as a panel saw operator or similar role in furniture manufacturing
- Knowledge of different wood materials (plywood, MDF, laminates, etc.)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for machine setup and troubleshooting
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina and ability to handle materials
- Understanding of workplace safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI / Technical certification in woodworking or machinery operation
- Experience in modular furniture or cabinet manufacturing
- Familiarity with CNC panel saw machines (added advantage)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
