Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing with clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
