Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Servicing Manager to manage and grow relationships with our valued clients. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, understand their business needs, and ensure seamless delivery of services while driving retention, renewals, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients based on region, industry, or service category.
- Understand each client’s business, including their products/services, market demand, domestic/export targets, seasonality, and industry trends.
- Educate clients about the company’s offerings such as profile development, digital marketing, and buyer-generation services, aligning solutions with their business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to ensure high retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor contract tenure, assist in renewals, and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, buyer calls, and follow-ups for clients using buyer-generation services.
- Proactively engage with existing clients and leads to create sales funnel opportunities and enhance service adoption.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records in systems, including business details, interactions, service usage, product categories, and revenue forecasts.
- Forecast and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets for the assigned client portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Technical, Digital Marketing, Product, and Research to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Build expertise in company services, including technical aspects such as website development, integrations, and analytics.
- Support clients in improving their digital presence, visibility, and engagement on online platforms where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in CRM tools and client management systems.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, web solutions, or B2B service models preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B services, IT solutions, digital marketing, or export/buyer-generation industries.
- Knowledge of online platforms, lead generation, and client retention strategies.
