Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Mumbai office. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, leading the Mumbai team, and ensuring smooth coordination between the Mumbai office and Head Office.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and business development capabilities along with the ability to lead teams, coordinate with clients, oversee office activities, and contribute towards the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, mentor, and manage the Mumbai office team.
· Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across team members.
· Oversee daily business activities and ensure efficient functioning of the Mumbai office.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
· Maintain regular communication with Head Office and provide business updates.
· Prepare and present sales, pipeline, performance, and operational reports to management.
· Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
· Identify opportunities for cross-selling, repeat business, and client referrals.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
· Handle enquiries, proposals, RFQs, tenders, and contract discussions.
· Support strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the company's presence in the Western Region.
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
