The Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial operations of Manoshanti and ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial matters.
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledgers.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure accurate financial records.
- Process employee payroll, reimbursements, and statutory deductions such as TDS, PF, and ESI, as applicable.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain patient billing, service collections, and reconcile daily cash and digital payment transactions.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitor departmental expenditures against approved budgets.
- Maintain records of fixed assets, inventory, and financial documents for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities during audits and statutory reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial, employee, and organizational information while ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.
- Perform any other finance and administrative duties assigned by the management to support the smooth functioning of the organization.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
