The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales targets, maintaining stock availability, ensuring excellent customer service, and running the branch smoothly according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day branch operations
- Supervise billing, sales, warehouse, and floor staff
- Ensure proper stock management and product availability
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline
- Achieve branch sales and performance targets
- Handle customer complaints and provide quick solutions
- Coordinate with purchase and other departments
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the branch
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports
- Train, guide, and motivate team members
- Reduce stock loss and improve operational efficiency
- Follow company policies and ensure staff compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in supermarket or retail management
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and handle responsibilities
- Target-oriented and disciplined personality
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma preferred
