Responsible for leading a team of MR/TMR/BDE/BDM to achieve Sales targets. To handle Sales Promotion activities. Sales Planning & analysis. Relationship Management & Team Building.
Candidate should be able to achieve the targets.
Maximum output / productivity from the team members.
Excellent managerial skills to guide/ motivate the sales team to be effective & productive.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a team of MR/TMR/BDE/BDM to achieve Sales targets.
- Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
- Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area & target setting for the sales team
- Collecting customer and market feedback & reporting the same to the organization
- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads
- To handle Sales Promotion activities. Sales Planning & analysis.
- Relationship Management & Team Building.

Pay: ₹16,091.50 - ₹58,508.34 per month
Work Location: In person
