Earn ₹17,000–25,000/month (fixed + incentives) | Full-time | Field role across Patna
We help residential societies earn money by running verified brand ads on their WhatsApp groups, society apps, and display boards. You'll be the face of Adz10x on the ground — signing up societies and helping brands reach real communities.
What you'll do
- Visit gated societies and apartment complexes across Patna and pitch Adz10x to committee members, secretaries, and facility managers.
- Sign up new societies and build long-term relationships with RWA / managing committee members.
- Coordinate with our brand team to get campaigns live inside onboarded societies.
- Hit weekly and monthly onboarding targets, and log your visits in our CRM.
What we're looking for
- 0–2 years in field sales, real estate, insurance, or any door-to-door / B2B role. Freshers with strong communication are welcome — we train you.
- Confident speaking Hindi + basic English; comfortable presenting to groups.
- Tech-friendly is a must. We're a tech-based company — you should be comfortable using apps, CRM, WhatsApp tools, and digital dashboards daily. Only tech-comfortable candidates will be considered.
- Own laptop is compulsory for this role.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel across Patna daily.
- Outgoing, persistent, and money-motivated.
