✔ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
✔ 3+ Years of Experience in Academic Counseling / Sales
✔ 1+ Year of Team Handling Experience
✔ Strong Leadership & Communication Skills
✔ Target-Oriented and Result-Driven
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the Academic Counseling team
Drive admissions and achieve sales targets
Monitor team performance and KPIs
Guide students on courses and career paths
