Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting Krireya’s wound care products, developing relationships with hospitals, surgeons, physicians, wound care specialists, and distributors, organizing product demonstrations, and generating new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote NPWT systems and wound care products to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical education sessions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and distributors.
- Organize CMEs, workshops, and product awareness programs.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Support exhibitions, conferences, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up visits.
- Maintain activity reports and update CRM regularly.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–4 years in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, surgical products, or wound care.
- Hospital sales experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills may also apply.
