Key Responsibilities
Perform chemical analysis and laboratory testing
Develop and optimize fertilizer formulations
Ensure product quality through quality control procedures
Maintain laboratory records and documentation
Support research and product development activities
Follow safety and compliance standards in laboratory operations
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Chemistry or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Knowledge of fertilizer formulation and chemical analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good documentation and reporting abilities
