Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Business, Accounting, MIS, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum seven years of functional experience with Oracle ERP Applications, including Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Financials, with a focus on the Order-to-Cash cycle (Cloud experience strongly preferred).
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules including AR, Revenue Management, Collections, and Tax; Vertex experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud technical tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and basic SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Finance and accounting business process knowledge, including Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report cycles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative project environments preferred; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

World Wide Technology is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP and R12 Analyst to join our IT Financial Operations team. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional finance and business process expertise, complemented by working technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, focused on analyzing business requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
As an Oracle Order to Cash Analyst – Financial Operations, you will:
- Serve as the primary Techno functional SME for Oracle Cloud ERP and R12 O2C cycle, including AR, Collections, Revenue Management, General Ledger, and Customer Master Data.
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with Finance, Tax, and Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud and R12 Financial solutions, including Fusion Tax rules, rates, jurisdictions, and compliance requirements.
- Own end-to-end testing activities include test plan development, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT execution.
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Cloud ERP and R12, resolving business process issues and system defects in a timely manner.
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring functional requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Finance, Tax, IT, and external vendors — to drive successful implementation and adoption of Oracle Cloud ERP and R12.
- Lead system enhancements, patch evaluations, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, assessing functional impact and coordinating regression testing.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation including BRDs, FDDs, configuration workbooks, and SOPs; support audit and compliance activities as required.
- Drive training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams to ensure confident adoption of ERP processes.
- Leverage working knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI/ADFDI to support troubleshooting and data flow validation.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher; write SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and issue resolution.
- Perform technical configurations in Oracle Cloud Financials including workflow rules, approval hierarchies, DFFs, and value sets to meet functional requirements.
- Support data migration activities by validating FBDI templates and coordinating with technical teams across AR, GL, and Tax modules.
