Level: OneStream Manager , Functional Transformation
As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.
Work you'll do
As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading OneStream implementation engagements to deliver solutions that align to client objectives, quality expectations, and project timelines.
- Advising clients on financial consolidation, close, and financial planning and analysis processes, and translating business requirements into scalable OneStream solution designs.
- Overseeing solution architecture, configuration, and deployment activities across metadata, business rules, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
- Managing project governance, delivery planning, status reporting, and risk mitigation across cross-functional and global teams.
- Coaching and developing junior practitioners while supporting business development through proposals, presentations, and opportunity identification.

Business Finance, part of our Finance Transformation portfolio, delivers solution-as-a-service offerings focused on digital finance strategies, financial planning and analysis, and enterprise performance technologies. We take a holistic approach, integrating strategy development, process design, and technology enablement to help clients overcome challenges and achieve sustained business success. Our team partners with organizations to drive profitable growth, manage costs strategically, and navigate financial risks. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and business acumen to join us in delivering innovative solutions and supporting clients in their transformation journey.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Qualifications
Required:
- CA, BE, BTech, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science, or equivalent from an accredited university
- 10-12 years of enterprise performance management implementation experience, including 4-5 years implementing OneStream solutions
- Experience building and optimizing metadata, business rules, forms, cube views, workflows, data reconciliation, custom rules, and reports in OneStream
- Experience supporting finance processes including financial close, consolidation, and financial planning and analysis
- Experience with VB.NET and/or Python, and relational database systems such as SQL Server
- Experience with cloud-based software-as-a-service and platform-as-a-service environments
- Experience leading multiple OneStream workstreams and mentoring junior team members
Preferred:
- Experience leading end-to-end OneStream implementations across requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Experience designing application models for sales forecasting, financial planning, and workforce planning
- Experience developing automation for consolidations, intercompany eliminations, cash flow, translations, and currency overrides
- Experience preparing solution architecture documents, design specifications, test plans, training materials, and administration guides
- Experience facilitating client workshops and presenting solutions to stakeholder groups
- Experience with OneStream MarketPlace solutions such as People Planning and Capex Planning
