Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads for the Lotus Workforce App.
- Create engaging social media content including Posts, Reels and Stories.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.
- Improve SEO and Google Business Profile visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Prepare weekly marketing reports.
- Suggest innovative marketing ideas to increase app downloads and brand awareness.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with SEO and Lead Generation.
- Canva or Photoshop knowledge.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT is an advantage.
