The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various IT positions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate fitment.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
