Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage interior fit-out projects from planning to handover. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, experience in residential and commercial interior projects, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely and quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare project schedules and ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site execution and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage procurement and timely availability of materials.
- Review project progress and submit regular status reports to management.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely project handover.
- Maintain proper project documentation, billing records, and variation orders.
- Lead and motivate project engineers, site supervisors, and other project staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
- Experience inresidential, commercial, office, retail, and hospitality interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
