We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team at FURNITECH, a leader in false ceiling and acoustic solutions. The role involves both handling inbound inquiries and making outbound (cold) calls to reach new prospects.

Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to potential customers to introduce products and generate leads.
- Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information to interested prospects.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable ceiling and acoustic solutions.
- Follow up on leads, qualify them, and drive the sales process to closure.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and sales activity in the CRM.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or telecalling.
- Confident communicator with cold calling experience.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Interest in (or willingness to learn about) false ceiling and acoustic products.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
