Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Achieve branch sales targets for deposits, loans, insurance, and other banking products.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and market share.
- Monitor daily business performance and ensure revenue growth.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling of banking products.
2. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI norms).
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Monitor cash management and vault operations.
3. Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training support.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
- Allocate targets and monitor employee performance.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Handle high-value customers and resolve escalated complaints.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and local business community.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML guidelines.
- Monitor credit quality and recovery of overdue accounts.
- Prevent fraud and operational risks.
- Ensure audit compliance and timely submission of reports.
6. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and submit periodic performance reports.
- Maintain branch documentation and records.
- Coordinate with Head Office for approvals and support
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hosur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
