Lead Mechanical BIM coordination across international projects while ensuring quality deliverables and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Lead end-to-end Mechanical BIM coordination across all project phases.

Develop and review Revit MEP models in compliance with BEP, LOD, QA/QC, and client standards.

Develop, review, and maintain Revit Fabrication models while ensuring proper use and maintenance of fabrication databases in accordance with project and industry standards.

Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks and Revizto.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Prepare and review shop drawings, construction documentation, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.

Prepare, review, and coordinate fabrication spools and spool drawings to support off-site fabrication and site installation.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of coordination issues.

Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.

Mentor BIM Engineers and support project delivery.

Ensure model quality, compliance, and timely submission of deliverables.

Lead the development, review, and continual refinement of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) across all project stages.

Own the clash detection and coordination strategy, chairing discipline coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct model audits and QA/QC checks against project LOD and modelling standards, and drive corrective action where needed.

Oversee Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows, including model publishing, version control, and issue resolution tracking.

Coordinate with structural, architectural, and other disciplines to pre-empt and resolve complex interdisciplinary clashes.

Review and respond to RFIs and technical queries, escalating unresolved design or coordination issues as needed.

Supervise and allocate work to BIM Engineers and Modelers, reviewing output for accuracy, compliance, and quality.

Act as the primary point of contact for client BIM Managers, consultants, and project leadership on all BIM matters.

Support bid/proposal stage BIM scoping, resourcing, and fee estimation for new projects.

Oversee digital handover deliverables (COBie/AIM) and ensure compliance with client asset information requirements.

Provide final QA/QC sign-off and approval prior to submission of deliverables to clients.

Develop, maintain, and roll out Dynamo scripts and other automation tools (e.g. pyRevit, Autodesk Forge/APS) to streamline modelling, documentation, and coordination workflows across the team, minimizing manual effort.

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience in Mechanical BIM Modelling and Coordination.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Autodesk Revit Fabrication, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC/BIM 360.

Strong understanding of BEP, CDE, LOD, ISO 19650, and QA/QC processes.

Experience delivering international projects.

Strong working knowledge of Dynamo and/or Python scripting, with proven ability to build automation tools that improve team-wide BIM workflow efficiency.

HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and cooling towers.

Ductwork design, routing, and coordination for supply, return, and exhaust air systems.
-
Piping systems: chilled water, condenser water, hot water, and refrigerant piping.

Plant room layouts and equipment coordination for mechanical rooms.
-
Ventilation and smoke management/extract systems, including stairwell pressurization.
-
Coordination of insulation, supports, and hangers for mechanical systems.
-
Codes and standards: ASHRAE, SMACNA, CIBSE, DW144, EN 12599.

Advanced coordination of complex ductwork/piping routing and system integration in high-density MEP zones.
