Role: Associate - Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate - Finance & Accounts to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting, invoicing, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 year of hands-on experience in accounting operations and basic statutory compliances, with strong working knowledge of Tally, GST, invoicing, and TDS.

1-2 year of relevant experience in finance/accounts operations

Exposure to CA firm / accounting firm / corporate finance team is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
CA Articleship exposure is an added advantage.

Recording day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP

Maintaining accurate books of accounts and supporting month-end closing

Preparing and issuing sales invoices, tracking collections, and maintaining invoice records

Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes
Maintaining vendor and customer ledgers

Preparing monthly GST return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

Preparing GST workings, reconciliations, and supporting audit requirements

Basic understanding of GST compliance, ITC, and reconciliations

Assisting in TDS accounting and compliance

Preparing data for quarterly TDS returns (24Q / 26Q)

Supporting preparation of basic MIS reports

Assisting in receivables aging, payables aging, and expense analysis
Providing required data and schedules for audits and management reporting

Coordinating with seniors for internal and statutory audit requirements

Maintaining proper documentation and vouchers
Supporting compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Working knowledge of Tally ERP

Basic to intermediate knowledge of GST returns and compliance

Understanding of TDS accounting and returns

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Good attention to detail and accuracy
