Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate multiple site visits every month with prospective customers.
- Accompany clients during property visits and provide detailed project information.
- Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and booking procedures.
- Maintain sales records and update customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
- Having strong networking .
- Having own vehicle.
