We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our real estate team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, generating new leads, building relationships with prospective customers, and driving property sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits across designated areas in Lucknow to identify and generate potential leads.
- Meet prospective customers, investors, and property buyers to understand their requirements.
- Promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with local brokers, channel partners, and property consultants.
- Follow up with leads and schedule site visits.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales is preferred.
- Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using digital tools.
