At Vediq Health, we're looking for a highly skilled Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about scaling campaigns, optimizing every metric, and delivering measurable business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 hours of dedicated availability every day
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Deep understanding of the complete marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion
- Hands-on experience with campaign strategy, audience targeting, A/B testing, retargeting, tracking, and analytics
- Ability to continuously optimize campaigns for:
- Lower Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Higher Conversion Rates
- Better ROAS
- Scalable Lead Generation
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and optimization skills
- Experience with conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, GTM, Conversion API) is an added advantage
Mandatory Requirement
Prior Healthcare Performance Marketing experience is essential.
