Strategic & Managerial Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company’s short‑term and long‑term growth objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives. • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to proactively recommend strategic actions to senior management.
- Prepare and present structured business cases, proposals, and growth plans to senior management.
- Own and improve internal business development processes, ensuring efficiency, documentation discipline, and data accuracy.
- Coordinate cross‑functional alignment with Finance, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams to support business initiatives.
- Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
Execution & Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed market research and data analysis to identify and validate potential business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer, prospect, and pipeline information within the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations, pitch decks, and proposals based on research and internal data.
- Manage internal documentation related to business development activities, ensuring consistency and version control.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, follow‑ups, and action tracking.
- Support and execute internal projects related to business growth, market entry, service expansion, and process improvements.
- Provide operational support for ongoing business development initiatives, ensuring timely execution and closure.
- Monthly reporting to the Senior Management, summarizing research findings, progress on tasks, & key learning outcomes.
