Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for timely issue resolution.
Maintain customer records and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare customer feedback and service reports.
Qualification & Skills :
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Automobile Industry.
Good communication, customer handling, and CRM/MS Office knowledge.
