Responsibilities
- Source OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US IT candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Learn US staffing processes, visa classifications, and recruitment tools.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in US Night Shift.
