Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Hindi Telecallers to join our team in Madurai. Candidates should be fluent in Hindi and capable of handling customer interactions professionally over phone calls.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
- Communicate with customers in Hindi and explain products/services.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Fluent Hindi communication skills (mandatory).
- Basic English or Tamil communication is an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
