Job Summary
Bruhat Builders & Developers is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting property presentations, and closing sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various sales and marketing channels.
- Contact prospective customers and schedule site visits.
- Present residential and commercial property projects to potential buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct property tours and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate deals and support customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Own vehicle preferred for client visits and site inspections.
