About the Opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of a well-established industrial services organization with over three decades of experience in providing after-sales support, maintenance solutions, industrial electronics repair, refurbishment services, and on-site technical support to leading manufacturing companies across India.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager who can drive business growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships within the manufacturing sector, and promoting specialized industrial service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities from manufacturing and industrial organizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Plant Heads, Maintenance Managers, Engineering Teams, and Purchase Departments.
- Promote industrial services including:
- Industrial Electronics Repair
- Refurbishment Services
- AMC/CMC Contracts
- On-site Field Support Services
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Identify opportunities related to UPS systems, industrial automation, drives, PLCs, and control systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams to provide customized solutions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM updates.
- Prepare sales reports and market intelligence updates.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, or Technical Sales.
- Strong network within manufacturing industries.
- Good understanding of the Maharashtra manufacturing ecosystem, especially Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, and surrounding industrial belts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
