Job Title: Teacher (Primary/Secondary/Subject-Specific)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans, foster a positive learning environment, and assess student progress to support academic and social-emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Curriculum Planning & Instruction: Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with school standards.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Grade assignments, tests, and projects; maintain accurate records; and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Student Development: Support diverse learning needs, including personalized instruction for struggling learners or those needing extra challenges.
- Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.
- Extracurricular Involvement: Assist with school events, field trips, and supervision duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Certification: Valid teaching certification/license for the required subject/grade level.
- Experience: Previous teaching experience is preferred, with demonstrated expertise in managing classroom behavior and engaging students or freshers.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use classroom technology and virtual learning platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with differentiated instruction techniques.
- Specialized knowledge in subjects like STEM, Special Education, or literacy.
- Proficiency in CPR.
