Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to assist in the implementation and coordination of payroll software solutions for clients. The role involves client interaction, data coordination, software onboarding support, and ensuring smooth execution of payroll-related processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients through calls, emails, and messages to collect payroll-related information and provide implementation updates
- Assist in payroll software setup, employee data migration, and system configuration processes
- Support onboarding and training of clients on payroll software usage and processes
- Coordinate with internal technical and payroll teams for smooth implementation and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to software implementation activities
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of required actions and approvals
- Address routine client queries and provide basic troubleshooting support related to payroll software
- Ensure smooth execution of implementation processes with minimal escalations
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office & Excel proficiency with basic computer knowledge
- Ability to understand and coordinate payroll and HR-related processes
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end implementation responsibilities
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Quick learner with adaptability to new software and technologies
Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Fresher–2 years of experience in payroll coordination, software implementation support, HR operations, or client coordination roles

Based on Performance
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
