## Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive BOM, Cutting List & Purchase Executive to support interior manufacturing and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate Bills of Materials (BOM), generating cutting lists from approved drawings, coordinating material procurement, and ensuring timely availability of materials for production and site execution.
## Key Responsibilities
### BOM & Cutting List Preparation
* Prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) based on approved drawings and project requirements.
* Generate accurate cutting lists for modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, and customized interior products.
* Verify dimensions, material specifications, hardware requirements, and edge band details.
* Review drawings and identify discrepancies before releasing documents to production.
* Optimize material utilization to reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
* Maintain revision records and update BOMs and cutting lists as per design changes.
### Purchase & Procurement
* Prepare material requisitions based on approved BOMs and project requirements.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and material availability.
* Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs).
* Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Compare quotations and support cost-effective procurement decisions.
* Maintain records of purchases, supplier details, and delivery schedules.
* Coordinate with stores and production teams regarding material receipt and inventory status.
* Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement to avoid material shortages.
* Assist in vendor evaluation and supplier performance monitoring.
### Coordination & Documentation
* Coordinate with Design, Production, Stores, and Site Execution teams.
* Ensure timely release of production and procurement documents.
* Prepare weekly reports on material requirements, purchase status, and project progress.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records related to BOM, cutting lists, purchases, and inventory.
## Required Qualifications
* Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in interior manufacturing, modular furniture, procurement, or production planning.
## Required Skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing and interior materials.
* Understanding of plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, accessories, and finishes.
* Knowledge of purchase processes and vendor management.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
## Preferred Skills
* Experience with ERP software and inventory management systems.
* Knowledge of nesting software and material optimization.
* Experience in interior fit-out or modular furniture manufacturing companies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per hour
