Experience Required:
Minimum 1 -2 year in Meta Ads & Google Ads campaign management
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and prepare weekly reports
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for better ROI
Collaborate with creative team for ad copies, visuals, and landing pages
Stay updated with latest ad trends, tools, and compliance policies
Requirements
At least 1-2 year of hands-on experience in running Meta & Google Ads
Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and analytics
Familiarity with e-commerce and sales campaigns preferred
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
Good communication and reporting skills
Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month
ROAS Incentive: Achieve 4x ROAS → Monthly bonus of ₹5,000
Sales Growth Incentive: Earn 1% of incremental sales growth compared to the previous month
Annual performance review with salary hike based on results.
