Job Summary
Looking for MIS Developer who can handle data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and management presentations for the organization. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools.
The role involves working closely with management and different departments to prepare business reports, dashboards, data insights, and presentation materials for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business analytics solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Use Power Query for data transformation, cleansing, and automation.
- Prepare advanced Excel reports using formulas, pivots, lookups, charts, and automation techniques.
- Analyze business data and provide meaningful insights to management. Work with multiple data sources including ERP, CRM, Excel files, and databases.
- Prepare management presentations, business summaries, and review reports.
- Support management teams with periodic reporting and data visualization requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports and dashboards.
- Explore modern AI productivity tools such as Claude Artifacts and similar platforms for reporting and presentation improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SQL Query writing and database handling.
- Hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development.
- Good expertise in Power Query.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in preparing management presentations and business reports.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business data and convert it into meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with AI-based productivity tools like Claude Artifacts will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with ERP / CRM reporting systems. Experience handling large datasets and business analytics. Knowledge of automation and reporting optimization techniques.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Excel will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in MIS reporting, dashboard development, or business analytics roles preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
