About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing field sales team in Jaipur. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with field sales experience to build a strong career in B2B sales and distribution.
Salary & Benefits
- Up to ₹28,000/month (In-hand), based on previous salary and experience
- Travel Allowance: ₹100 per working day

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by onboarding fruit retailers within the assigned territory
- Visit retailers regularly to collect orders and build long-term relationships
- Ensure timely delivery coordination and customer satisfaction
- Follow up for timely payment collection
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and increase order frequency
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to the management team
Candidate Requirements
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory)
- Comfortable with extensive field sales and daily market visits
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
- Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication
Preferred Industry Background
Fruits & Vegetables, FMCG, Beverages, Dairy, Food Distribution, or General Trade Sales experience will be an advantage.
