Job Description:
As a 3D Visualization Artist at Fute Services, you will play a pivotal role in bringing
architectural designs to life through photorealistic renderings and immersive
experiences. Working collaboratively with our dynamic team, you will utilize your
expertise in 3ds Max, Vray, and Photoshop to create stunning visual representations
that showcase the essence of each project.
Responsibilities:
● Import CAD files into 3ds Max and ensure compatibility for further manipulation.
● Create photorealistic interior and exterior models, paying meticulous attention to
detail.
● Develop textures and materials to enhance realism and visual appeal.
● Generate interior renderings and floor plans that accurately represent design
concepts.
● Produce exterior renderings with landscaping elements to showcase
architectural projects in their environment.
● Interpret and work with architectural CAD drawings effectively.
● Utilize 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering skills using 3ds Max and
Vray to achieve high-quality visuals.
● Apply Photoshop skills to enhance and finalize rendered images.
● Collaborate effectively with team members on projects, as well as independently
manage individual assignments.
● Ability to create walkthroughs to provide immersive experiences of architectural
designs.
● Demonstrate flexibility to work additional hours when necessary to meet project
deadlines.
● Availability for both remote work and office-based work as per project
requirements.
Requirements:
● Proficiency in 3ds Max and Vray for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
● Strong understanding of importing CAD files into 3ds Max and working with
them.
● Experience in creating photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.
● Ability to interpret architectural CAD drawings accurately.
● Proficient in Photoshop for post-processing and enhancing rendered images.
● Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
● Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality visualizations.
● Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs and deadlines.
