Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, managing customer relationships, and driving sales through effective communication via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused thinking, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Qualify, nurture, and manage inbound and outbound leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations, meetings, and follow-up discussions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
- Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Generate report weekly, Monthly and yearly.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and support the sales closure process.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and service to enhance customer retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's & master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
