Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, social media, website, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, content, and sales teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Manage brand communications and messaging.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends and consumer behavior.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Details
- Shift: UK Shift (12:30 PM – 10:30 PM)
- Location: IT Park, Chandigarh (Office will shift to Mohali within 3 months)
- Probation Period: 3 Months
- Holidays: UK Bank Holidays
- Annual Increment: Performance-based yearly increment
