We're a revenue enablement partner for modern B2B teams. Our mission is to help GTM and RevOps leaders drive clarity, efficiency, and scale — without the bloat of disconnected tools or scattered execution.
In the last five years, we've tripled our team and expanded globally (with our biggest leverage in the US), partnering with high-growth companies to turn their GTM chaos into controllable systems. From helping mid-market teams generate $3M in pipeline in under six months, to streamlining the revenue stack for a 1500+ person enterprise, to enabling AI-led efficiency plays for teams scaling with lean headcount — we build for outcomes, not vanity metrics.
We believe the next generation of revenue teams will win by building lean, modular, and deeply aligned GTM systems — and they'll need sharp, high-agency minds to make it happen.
We're building a team for those who think in systems, bias toward action, and want their work to move the revenue needle.
We're looking for a Visual and Web Designer to own the creative backbone of our and our clients’ brands — not just producing great design, but building the systems and workflows that let our entire marketing team produce great design, faster.
Your time will be spent across our internal marketing efforts and client work where you'll take open-ended briefs and turn them into sharp, actionable design direction. You'll bring an AI-native approach to how design gets made — using modern tools to move faster without cutting corners. And you'll build design systems that don't just live in a style guide, but actually get used — by you and by non-designers on the team.
-
Own the design system. Build and maintain a design system — components, templates, brand guidelines — that scales with the team, not just a one-off deck of rules.
-
Translate briefs into direction. Take open-ended, ambiguous requests from marketing, sales, and leadership, convert them into clear design briefs, and run execution end to end.
-
Enable non-designers. Build templates and frameworks simple enough that non-designers on the team can self-serve on quick-turn assets — freeing you up for higher-leverage work.
-
Design for campaigns & events. Create assets for offline events (booth designs, standees, banners, merch, handouts) and online presence (social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages).
-
Sales enablement materials. Develop sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts that make our messaging resonate with prospects.
-
Content design. Elevate long-form content — whitepapers, guides, reports — into visually engaging, easy-to-digest formats
-
Web & landing page visuals. Collaborate with marketing to design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements in Figma.
-
Brand consistency & evolution. Ensure all outputs align with brand standards, while leading the ongoing revamp of our branding guidelines.
-
AI-native workflows. Bring modern AI design tools into the day-to-day — not as a novelty, but as a real lever for speed and quality. Share workflow improvements with the wider team.
-
Quick-turn requests. Handle day-to-day design asks (social graphics, campaign visuals, event invites, templates) with speed and creativity.
-
Trendspotting & innovation. Bring in new design ideas and trends, and adapt them into marketing assets that stay fresh and competitive.
-
Collaboration. Work closely with marketers, copywriters, and sales to translate ambiguity into polished, high-impact design.
-
5–7 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the B2B space (agency experience preferred)
-
Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and web
-
Comfort with open-ended briefs and the ability to convert vague requirements into clear design briefs and polished execution
-
High-operator mindset — someone who delivers fast without compromising quality
-
AI-native: fluent with modern AI design tools and workflows, with a track record of using them to improve design output or speed
-
Proven experience building and maintaining design systems that others can actually use
-
Experience enabling non-designers to work within a system efficiently
Technical Expertise needed:
-
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
-
Figma (for web/landing page and collaborative design)
-
Canva (for quick-turn marketing asks)
-
AI-led design workflows (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components.
-
Led a full-scale rebrand or design transformation for a company
-
Created collateral that directly and measurably improved win rates or conversions
-
You're the go-to design partner for the marketing team, handling requests across campaigns, events, and content with confidence
-
The marketing team is equipped with fresh, on-brand designs for sales decks, case studies, social media, and upcoming events
-
You've made real progress on our brand guidelines, defining a look and feel that scales with us
-
You've built repeatable templates and systems that let non-designers on the team produce collaterals efficiently, without bottlenecking on you
-
You've introduced at least one AI-led workflow improvement that measurably speeds up design turnaround
-
Your designs are not just visually appealing, but measurably improving engagement and conversion across campaigns
-
You've earned a reputation as a high-operator designer — fast, reliable, systems-minded, and always raising the creative bar
